 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fantastic and unforgettable experience at Bali Jetpacks and Water Sports! We tried the Seawalker, jet ski, parasailing and banana boat, and every activity was exciting, enjoyable and very well organised. All the staff were professionally trained, patient and encouraging. Safety was always their highest priority, and they carefully explained everything before each activity. The coordination among the staff was excellent, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. One staff member stayed with us throughout the activity. The staff were also happy to take photos using our own camera whenever possible. If you need their underwater camera service for the Seawalker, it costs around IDR 400,000, so it is helpful to know this in advance. Another great benefit is their complimentary pickup and drop-off service for guests staying in or around the Nusa Dua area. This made the day much more convenient, as we didn’t need to arrange separate transportation. Although the price was slightly higher compared with booking through Klook, it was absolutely worth the money because of the personal guidance, excellent service, attention to safety and overall quality of the experience. We never felt rushed, and the team ensured we were comfortable and confident at every stage. A very special thanks to Gel Gel, who was super friendly, supportive and helpful throughout our visit. He made it easy for us to choose and confidently try all the water activities we wanted to experience. If you are planning water sports in Bali, reach out to Gel Gel—he will take great care of you. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this place to families, couples and anyone looking for a fun, safe and well-organised water-sports experience!

We booked the Donut Boat, 30-minute Solo Jetski, Tandem Parasailing Adventure, Sea Walker for two. Everything was very well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thanks to Gelgel, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive throughout the whole experience. He made sure we were comfortable, knew what to do, and were having a great time. All the activities were so much fun, and the photo and video service was a great touch that allowed us to keep some amazing memories from the day. Highly recommended Bali Jetpacks!
